Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C. supplies contracting, maintenance, HVAC/AC, electrical, plumbing, painting, civil works, waterproofing, pest control and related maintenance services in the United Arab Emirates.
The exact scope of work, materials, specifications, prices, timelines and other conditions will be confirmed by an approved quotation, work order, purchase order, contract or other written agreement when applicable.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations issued by Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C. are subject to the terms written in each quotation.
Quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation.
Prices may change if the scope of work or site conditions change.
Any additional work requested by the client or identified after inspection may be charged extra.
Applicable VAT and other statutory charges will be added where required by UAE law.
A quotation does not confirm work until it is approved by the client or an authorized representative.
3. Scope of Work
Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C. will carry out work according to the scope agreed in the approved quotation purchase order, contract or work order.
Items not specifically included in the agreed scope will be considered excluded.
Any additional requirements, modifications, replacement materials or unforeseen works may require additional charges.
4. Site Conditions and Unforeseen Works
Some maintenance and contracting work may depend on the existing conditions at the site.
If hidden damage, defective materials, inaccessible services, structural problems, corrosion, leakage, electrical faults or other unforeseen conditions are found during the work more work may be needed.
Where reasonably possible the client will be informed before additional chargeable work is carried out.
5. Materials and Equipment
Materials and equipment will be supplied as stated in the approved quotation or agreed specifications.
A specific brand or model is not guaranteed in writing, equivalent or suitable materials may be proposed based on availability and technical needs.
If the Damage caused by -existing conditions, misuse, unauthorized changes or improper operation may not be covered by the agreed scope of work .
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be listed in the quotation, invoice, purchase order or contract.
The client agrees to make payments according to the payment schedule. Late payments may affect the continuation or scheduling of work.
If an advance payment is required work may start after the advance is received unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
7. Access to Site
The client must provide access to the site, equipment, rooms, work areas and facilities needed to complete the agreed work.
Any delay caused by access, unavailable areas, security procedures, permits, approvals or other circumstances beyond Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C.’s reasonable control may affect the completion schedule.
8. Completion and Handover
When the agreed work is finished the client or an authorized representative may inspect the work.
Where relevant completion reports, photographs, service reports or other supporting documents may be given as part of the handover.
Any concerns about the finished work should be told to Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C. within a period so that they can be reviewed and addressed if needed.
9. Warranty
Any warranty offered by Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C. will be stated specifically in the quotation, invoice, contract or warranty document.
Warranty coverage may be limited by terms and exclusions such as damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, external factors, normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.
If no warranty is written no extra warranty will be assumed.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Requests to. Reschedule a confirmed service or project should be made as early as possible.
Cancelling or rescheduling may lead to charges, for materials already bought work already done, manpower allocation, transport or other reasonable costs incurred by Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C.
11. Health and Safety
Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C. intends to perform its work using practices and procedures.
Clients and site representatives must keep the work area safe. Must tell Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C. Team about any site hazards, restrictions or safety needs.
12. Website Information
Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C. Tries hard to keep information on this website correct and current. Still service details, pictures, project samples, prices, availability and other website items may change without notice.
Website information does not become a quote or contract unless Pure Next General Contracting L.L.C. Writes it down.
